A Leader We Can Truly
Be Proud Of

July 8, 2016

As a marketing communication specialist with more than 20 years experience in public relations, brand development, marketing, communications, social media and graphic design, it’s no surprise our J.O. president, Jennifer (Oliver) Henderson, is catching the attention of top industry leaders.

In Fort Worth Business’ CEO Summer 2016 edition, 21 women, including Jennifer, were spotlighted for their hard work and dedication to making the world a better place. This spread is especially unique because it specifically focuses on women who are not only hard working, but who are also prime examples of how to be an effective leader.

As the Executive Director of The Cause Agency, a nonprofit marketing and public relations firm partnering with other nonprofits to serve a greater good, Jennifer provides discounted services for nonprofits struggling to garner public attention and support. Through her work at The Cause Agency, Jennifer utilizes her expertise in creative fields to help those in desperate need of a voice in the community.

The Cause Agency officially launched this year and Jennifer has big dreams to go international with her mission. With so many years of experience under her belt, it’s no wonder she caught Fort Worth Business’ eye.

As someone who prioritizes integrity and quality in everything she does, Jennifer shares her wisdom any way she can, especially in her collaboration with nonprofits. The Cause Agency’s mission to “cause an effect” is a reflection of the businesswoman’s undying dedication to penetrate communities with a desire to transform societal norms.

Along with leading J.O. and The Cause Agency, Jennifer is also a Creative Director at The Henker Goup (Maryland) and the president and owner of J. Henderson Properties and Gallery 440. Clearly, this woman has big dreams and does not plan on stopping anytime soon. As an entrepreneur and an artist, Jennifer is a prime example of passion driving progress; and for Jennifer, the sky is the limit.

A key to Jennifer’s success is her optimism. In a world that stereotypes women to be weak and incapable of managing business affairs, Jennifer not only challenges those stereotypes, but also destroys them as she tackles obstacles many experienced businessmen would cower at the sight of.

Whether she’s crafting a new logo for an emerging business or managing her team of equally inspired Cause Agents, Jennifer ensures her core values lead the way as she revolutionizes the business and nonprofit landscape. We can’t wait to see what else she has in store!

Cheers,

J.O.
