The Challenge
The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) had gone through some internal changes, namely a new president and staff, and they wanted to reflect those changes through a new cohesive brand image. FWHCC enlisted J.O.’s services for rebranding efforts: building a new website and creating brand guidelines, business cards, envelopes, event flyers, greeting cards, a membership packet, pocket folders and inserts, sponsorship flyers and trifolds.
The Solution
Due to budget and time constraints, we used preliminary research that had already been done, in lieu of a research report or branding workshop. In February 2016, we created collateral for and helped coordinate “The Evolution” luncheon to relaunch the Chamber and to foster a vibrant economic environment for members, prospects, individuals and the greater Fort Worth area. We set out to increase membership, event attendance and web traffic.
The Result
“The Evolution” event sold out, and the rebranding efforts were well received from the community (measured through social media) and the stakeholders (private, internal meetings). FWHCC saw a 22.5 percent increase in web traffic, a 37 percent increase in membership in six months and a 27 percent increase in Facebook likes. Not only that, the campaign spurred several other campaigns: The Five Pillar Campaign, Fiesta Night, the Golf Tournament, the Gala and more.
