Mental Health Connection of Tarrant County partnered with J.O. Agency to develop a comprehensive communications strategy focused on reducing the stigma surrounding mental health while building a more trauma-informed and trauma-resilient community.

Guided by extensive market research, focus groups and communications best practices, our team developed a phased messaging framework designed to educate, inspire and empower residents over time.
The initiative came to life through compelling video storytelling, thought leadership, earned media, opinion editorials, community outreach and strategic messaging that translated complex behavioral health concepts into relatable, actionable conversations.
